100% fluorinated, liquid perfluorodecalin
F-Decalin is a high density (1.93 g / cm 3 ) sterile bicyclic fluorocarbon compound composed solely of CC and CF bonds and containing no relevant amounts of biologically active components. Due to the extraordinary stability of the CF bond, F-Decalin is chemically and physiologically inert and absolutely nontoxic.
